Tonight was Family, Friends, Staff and Media Night for Babcock Ranch Halloween Nights, giving guests a special preview of this year’s Halloween festivities. Babcock News attended the preview as an invited media guest.
The Babcock News crew braved our way through the haunted house, where we had some good scares, and a lot of fun along the way.

We also had the opportunity to meet Heather Gonzales, the artist behind the Halloween-themed window paintings featured throughout the event. Gonzales said she painted all 16 windows over the course of three days.
“It was such a great opportunity to be asked to be part of this event,” Gonzales told Babcock News. “I’ve been painting windows locally for about four years and face painting for five, but this was one of my biggest window projects yet. I painted all 16 windows over the course of three days, and it was so exciting to see everything come together.”
Gonzales also praised the overall experience and said her children enjoyed the family activities.
“With all the twinkling lights throughout the event, it almost felt like Christmas—but Halloween!” she said. “It really was such a fun night for the whole family, and I was so happy to be a small part of making it special.”

Halloween Nights is an immersive seasonal experience featuring the haunted house, themed experiences, interactive activities, Halloween photo opportunities, a gift shop and surprises throughout the event.
There’s also a Family Fun Zone for younger guests, while adults can visit the Lantern Lounge, where a full bar and light snacks are available for purchase.
Babcock Ranch Halloween Nights is located at the Curry Commerce Center, Building 8, Unit 802, at 17890 Curry Preserve Drive in Babcock Ranch.
HAUNTED HOUSE ADVISORY
The haunted house is not recommended for children under 12, and parental discretion is advised. Children ages 15 and under must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
From the scares inside the haunted house to the artwork, activities and Halloween atmosphere throughout the grounds, Babcock News had a lot of fun getting an early look at this year’s experience.
